Nomination for Contractor of the Year Award

Groundlevel have been put forward by RMG for the Contractor of the Year, as part of the annual Property Management Awards run by the trade journal "News on the Block."

In the words of Justin Herbert, Operations Director, Residential Management Group, “They have managed to achieve the flexibility and price competitiveness of a small local provider whilst having a strong infrastructure and Compliance focus. Recently when one of our clients required CSCS accreditation to work on their sites within two weeks they ensured all their staff had achieved it. They also provide an out of hour's service for all our developments and with a response time within the hour they have enhanced our own reputation as an agent.”

The awards are open to organisations providing building maintenance and other services to blocks of flats and apartments. They will be judged on customer service, safety, ability to meet specific challenges and on testimonials from leaseholders and managing agents.

The winners of the Block Insure Property Management Awards 2010-11 will be announced at an award ceremony to be held at Lord's Cricket Ground on Monday 6th December 2010.
