Peruzzi House, The Rock, Bury.

Groundlevel commence caretaking and communal cleaning duties at The Rock, Bury, and also at Aalborg Place, Lancaster.

This month three schools have engaged Groundlevel for their grounds maintenance programme: Legh Vale Primary, Haydock; Billinge Chapel End Primary, Wigan; St. Joseph's RC Primary, Halliwell, Bolton.

Garwyn Group loss adjusters turn to Groundlevel Limited for essential repair works for Aalborg Place development, Lancaster, where there are thirteen fire/water damage effected properties to be reinstated.

January News

Our projects department has commenced reinstatement works to three water damaged apartments in Trinity Estates’ development: Sportcity, Stillwater Drive. The insurance works have been authorized by GAB Robins Group.

Culcheth Primary School undergoes essential playground refurbishment and construction of a new conservatory.

Appleton Thorn Primary School instructs Groundlevel to install a new purpose built play area on their site.

Warrington Guardian Correction

RE: Contractor of the Year Award

Groundlevel was Highly Commended for the Contractor of the Year Award at the Block Insure Property Management Awards at an award ceremony at Lord's cricket ground. Our success was reported by the Warrington Guardian both in print and in their online edition.

While the article in the Warrington Guardian online edition has now been corrected, the original article contained several errors and wrongly described the scope of work that Groundlevel undertakes. Groundlevel would like to point out that the company does not carry out contracting services for Warrington Borough Council.
