As part of our on-going commitment to developing our business in the education sector, whilst remaining focused on delivering service excellence across our existing portfolio, we have recently undergone a review of the services provided, and are extremely pleased to confirm that business in this area has further developed over the last twelve months. Groundlevel is committed to delivering an excellent standard of service underpinned by a strong customer focus, and we feel that this is key to upholding a strong reputation that enables year-on-year growth and has recently seen us secure business with various schools across the North West.

“Groundlevel were able to supply my school with a Relief Site Manager from Monday 14th June 2010 to Friday 1st October 2010. This was due to long term sickness of our current Site Manager. From the moment that I made the phonecall to make this request, I have been impressed with the quality of the service that we have received. They were able to provide a high level of customer care which included an initial visit by senior staff within the company, in order to set up and carry out a thorough survey of our site and to formulate a maintenance plan which could be carried out over the above period. They were also able to make recommendations with regards to longer term issues which has helped to inform the premises section of our School development Plan. The relief site manager did a fantastic job and he will be missed. However, now that I have established a good working relationship with Groundlevel, I hope that I will be able to continue to do business with them as they offer a comprehensive value for money service.”
