Following a one-off job undertaken by one of our grounds teams, we have now been awarded an annual contract to provide grounds maintenance services to the vast landscape on the development.

Apprenticeships
At Groundlevel, we invest in people and have supported numerous employees in their professional development through NVQ’s and such like. In June 2012, we have employed two young apprentices and are pleased to welcome them to our organisation, and proud to have the opportunity to support them in their studies within their chosen trades.
Dan Abram joins us as a Painting and Decorating Apprentice; he is scheduled to undergo initial course assessments shortly with Warrington Colllegiate Institute and will begin his course in September 2012
Lewis Paton will also be studying at Warrington Collegiate Institute; he joins us as an Electrical Apprentice and looks forward to starting his electrical engineering course in September 2012
Amanda Syverson welcomes Dan and Lewis on behalf of the company, and wishes them every success in their studies. We look forward to seeing their progress

Its good to see a company that takes an interest in the development of there young apprentices, something that is lacking in today's cost driven world.
ReplyDeleteWell done Ground Level.
Thank you for your comment Adrian.
ReplyDeleteGroundlevel is committed to supporting apprentices, a number of our key employees have joined us through this process and are now dedicated professionals in their respective fields.
Dan and Lewis are progressing well in their studies, and we are currently in the process of employing two new young maintenance operatives who will be training to become qualified tradespeople with our support.
